Description

Market Research Coordinator

 

This is a full time position that will report to our Director of Development.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Research title work, property parcel numbers, property condition assessments
  • Verify/acquire tenant names, addresses, square footage
  • Outbound calls to tenants, brokers, assistants, research managers and anyone who may have information available
  • Solid internet researching skills to identify leads and gather possible targeted information
  • Ability to build and maintain a rapport with prospective callers in order to continue future relationships
  • Usage of creative problem solving techniques and ability to think outside the box in order to obtain information objectives
  • Ability to perform research at counties and local municipalities
  • Prepares materials, such as articles, fact sheets, presentations, resource tools, website updates and case studies
  • Ability to create Tenant Tour Books
  • Ability to compile/create property profile information including
    • Synthesize demographic information into presentation materials
    • Focus on data that is important to real estate decision making
    • Research tenant needs and apply such need to analyze raw data

  • Exceptional writing, editing and analytical skills with the propensity to produce well-composed documents, charts, graphs, presentations, white papers, and reports
  • Organized with the ability to re-prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
  • Service focused
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, terms and definitions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational sills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact professionally with both internal and external clients
  • High degree of determination and self-confidence
  • Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Familiarity with CoStar, Loopnet, Intellius or similar people finding software a plus
  • Understand market trends given indicator data
  • Understand available software packages that will aid in market research as well as real estate modeling, demographics, product market saturation etc.
