Description

Portfolio Management Team that creates quality-focused, custom portfolios for individuals, families and institutions is seeking a generalist Senior Equity Analyst. The team takes a flexible approach to investing, utilizing both growth and income asset classes, which enables them to capitalize on opportunities wherever they may be discovered. Managers of “core” equity, balanced and fixed-income portfolios, the team leverages their broad expertise and deep understanding of businesses to invest across all the capital structure in order to meet individual client needs. The team’s mission—to add value in all asset categories, give highly personalized service and to do so in a highly efficient manner—underscores this vision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate investment ideas across sectors
  • Provide analytical support & market research to Senior Portfolio Managers and other senior analysts on respective team
  • Build and maintain earnings models and informational databases
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend investment ideas that meet investment objectives
  • Attend conferences, tours and company visits
Agreement
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree and/or CFA designation preferred
Preferred Skills
  • 10-15 years of related investment management industry experience required
  • Generalist sector experience. Healthcare, consumer and financials preferred.
  • Ability to generate investment ideas across aforementioned sectors
  • Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 licenses within 6 months of employment
