Terms & Conditions of Use

The Association’s website (site) is open for public use in general. The users can visit the site as our guests subject to the “Terms and Conditions” of its use. For any registrations to the site that requires your personal information, the user is assured that we make our best efforts to keep your personal data secure and safe. However, you can be assured that any such personal information will be used only for the purpose for which it was submitted, unless you request or agree otherwise, or as otherwise set out in this Privacy Notice.

General Terms & Conditions

Memberships

Becoming a “Member” of the Association is a privilege and not a common legal right. All members are to follow strict “Membership Rules” and abide by the “Members Code of Conduct”. Application for the Association’s Membership can not be guarantied for being accepted by the Association. Once you are accepted as a bonified member, your privileges and benefits of membership start the day your members account is activated (Not necessarily on the date of application).

The membership is a subscription that lasts for a period of 12 months. Your membership period ends on the 25th day of the 12th month. Eventhough the Association sends an automated email reminder for renewal at least 15 days before the expiry of due date, the Association holds no responsibility on whether the reminder was received by the member. In case where the auto-renewal is selected by the members at the time of paying their membership dues, the renewal will be automatic. In case the members decide to not renew, they will have 5 days, post-renewal to request reversal of their renewal charges. Once the membership is paid in case of first-time application, the transaction is non-refundable. For renewals of membership after 5 (five) days period the amount of charges is non-refundable. For any disputes, complains and issues regarding membership notify [email protected].

Training & Education Programs

The Association offers several online education and training programs (online programs) that uses Internet connectivity to deliver such services. All such online programs require early booking by making payments in advance. Therefore, the Association uses an “event booking system” that schedules the program on certain dates. Depending on the number of bookings the program may or may not commence on the scheduled dates based on factors such as low enrolments, instructor unavailability or any unforeseen events. In such situations, the Association may delay the program and move it another date. In case such delays are unavoidable, and the dates are moved more than 15 days (fifteen days) from the scheduled date the students/attendees may request refund in full. There will be no refunds given in case the delay is less than 15 Days (fifteen days). In case of no such delays no refunds will be given for registered participants.

Note that online education and training programs require resource allocations and adds financial obligations for the Association that cannot be undone and therefore refunds are difficult to accommodate. However, the registrants can email request for refund to [email protected] in case of the circumstances that require consideration. Attending the online education and training programs requires all students/attendees to follow the Online Education Events Rules, Procedures and Policies(regulations). In case these regulations are not followed, the Association has the rights to prevent the student/attendee from attending the program.

E-Commerce Activity

The Association offers several products and services in its e-shop, including e-books, exam vouchers, memorabilia’s, and other publications. We accept MC/VISA/PayPal. If you do not have a credit card please utilize PayPal options. All your order details will be saved online under Members Dashboard section available. WE DO NOT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR SERVERS.

Online Classes & Webinar Registration

Participant Notices

  • The purchase of webinar attendance is for use by the attendee only and registration credentials (login/passwords) should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may hinder your own access, as webinar entry is by prior registration only.
  • Similarly, the materials and replay of webinars are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded or passed-on to third parties.
  • Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of webinar registration information and event materials issued by the association lies with the registrant. If you believe that a third party has obtained details in an unauthorized manner, please promptly notify the association.
  • The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact the association to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date.

Webinar & Online Events - Privacy Policy

In connection with the operation of the webinar, we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when you register for the use of the service. The Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances will be provided to the association’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services, and vendors that assist them in processing the information, for the sole purpose of enabling them to operate and deliver the webinar service. It is a requirement of association’s partner vendors to enter into an agreement prohibiting disclosure of this information to others and restricting its use to providing the contracted services of the webinar. The only exception to this is necessary disclosure for legal purposes in line edicts of the law.

The association provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services for webinars is a market-leader of audio- and web-conferencing services. With this comes the understanding of users' need for privacy when using the web for communications and the utmost care in providing the highest levels of security possible. The Personal Information that the association’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services collect from webinar registrants is stored in operating environments that employ reasonable security measures and that are not available to the public. Association and its service provider of audio- and web-conferencing services are not responsible for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures.

A copy of association’s audio- and web-conferencing service provider's practices and policy with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of user information collected through the use of their technology services can be obtained by contacting the association personally. Please refer to our Privacy Policy below with respect to the use of personal information.

Payment Terms
  • All transactions will be processed in Canada with US$. Where the Canadian dollar amounts are charged, these will be converted into the US$ rates by the TD Canada Bank prevailing currency exchange rates applicable.
  • Should association reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund, you must contact us within 14 days of shipment (NOTE: Electronic Formats of Sold Goods are Non-Refundable).
  • Shipping Charges to be paid per approximate calculated amounts (on the day of shipping).
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
  • Enrolments in any “Online Education and Training Programs” offered are Non-Refundable. In case requesting applying the paid amount towards another event of same value, a formal request will have to be emailed to [email protected]. The Association will not be able to apply prepayment from event registrant that is of different value in dollar amounts, or where purchase of “goods or services” is different in nature, form or format from originally purchased “goods or services”.
  • All Self-study books, including e-books and any downloadable products cannot be exchanged or returned and therefore no refunds will be offered in this case.
  • The Membership Fee, Subscription Fees, Online Classes Enrollment Fee, Course Procurement Fee, Registration Fee for Webinars, Seminars, are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions to the Refund Policy can only be authorized by the Association Management upon written request by the user via email to [email protected]. No staff member or support personnel are authorized to commit any refunds without explicit instructions from the authorized manager.
  • In case where any refunds are to be issued, the accounting and billing will need 30 days or less to send the refund payment. Refunded money will be sent via PayPal Only. In case where the user does not have a PayPal gateway account, a Company Check will be mailed via Canada Post.
General Privacy Policy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website. All the information gathered on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other than which is stated in the Terms & Conditions of use for this service.

The website may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the Site, analyze trends, and administer the Site.

The site does not sell, promote, or use your personal information collected at the time of your registrations. The Association’s collects your information at the time of your registration to our services, online purchases you make or when enrolling in events and education programs. This information is used internally by the association in sending out newsletters, emails and other offers that are to benefit members, subscribers, and students. Third parties or outside businesses or vendors do not have access to your personal information. The only exception is our recent introduction of services that connects potential outside research businesses to our “Members Directory” and brings  job, business and contract opportunities for our members.

We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. We will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. Please refer back to this policy regularly. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please send us an E-mail.

We use reliable third-party platform such as PayPal gateways that are trusted worldwide for online payment. Your access to some services and content is password protected. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. The Association support team will never ask you for your password in any manner whatsoever.

However, please note that, no information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure despite of best technology that can protect personal information with a guarantee. Therefore no one can completely commit foolproof security of any information you exchange with us, or to or from our online products or services. Therefore, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems and rely on third parties for the use of their secure transmissions.
